What this site is
adhocreservas.com explains Adhoc Reservas and lets you request a demo. It has no accounts and no private area. There is no form that stores data on this server.
If you write to us
If you write by email, phone or WhatsApp, we use your name, phone, email and message only to reply and, if it goes ahead, to turn the venue on. The basis is your request and the steps before a possible service.
We do not sell data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
The reservations product
Each restaurant booking page is a separate service, on the dashboard domain. The restaurant decides the booking. Adhoc processes the guest data (name, phone, email and the booking) to provide the service: availability, confirmation and email or WhatsApp notices if the guest agrees.

Retention and recipients
Demo correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle it and to meet legal duties. Booking data follows the service agreed with the restaurant and, after that, whatever blocking the law requires.
The host of this site takes part and, if you write on WhatsApp, Meta as the channel of the message. There is no transfer to advertisers.
Rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and you can withdraw consent, at sergi@adhocwifi.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
